Guest there for years and so far I couldn't complain. Always very tasty food and courteous staff. Minor mistakes that can happen are made with a smile. I can only recommend the buffet.

Delicious food with nice surroundings and a large buffet

Accidental discovery on the way home: a great Asian restaurant for fans of exotic cuisine - and I mean exotic! We were guests on a Sunday. That means: More expensive buffet but a huge selection. Including even antelope, kangaroo, ostrich, shark and many other really extraordinary ingredients. You can have everything freshly roasted, which was done really quickly, but the buffet also offers a large selection for those who are in a hurry. With everything exotic, the classics such as duck and fried noodles are not missing. Everything I tried tasted delicious and looked good. The restaurant seemed clean overall, the staff was very friendly and the sanitary facilities were perfectly clean. Since I really didn’t find any defects in this restaurant, but was only positively impressed, I am giving the full number of stars.

It was really delicious again after such a long time. Hopefully, despite Corona, you can go to eat there again at any time.

Offers a good buffet overall. There are many exotic types of meat here that you can have prepared. Unfortunately, there are also some frozen or ready-made dishes. For the price, that's okay. The baguette is always as greasy as if it was fried. Fortunately, there is enough choice. We still like to eat here.

I am always thrilled when I eat there. The staff is very friendly and the food is good.

The atmosphere is uncomfortable and dark because there is hardly any light. Quite clearly that electricity must also be saved due to Corona. At least the food tasted good as expected. :)

Even if the buffet is not available, the food is still very tasty and many special requests have been met in a friendly and patient manner (how can you remember all this without a note ?!). Corona is also bad for the Asia Star, it used to be packed every day, now only a few tables were occupied. Definitely go back to the restaurant, here and everywhere, every guest is important!

We happened to be in transit and stopped because we saw the tables outside. In corona times there is no buffet, so we ordered a la card. We haven't done that in an Asian for a long time. In short: it was delicious and the service attentive and friendly. The rice smelled wonderfully of jasmine, the chicken curry (No. 44) and the chicken chop sue (No. 41) were really delicious. The Beijing soup was good too. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely go there again 👍
